Recognition and Reward
Keeping
your volunteers is largely a matter of making them feel valued and important.
When a person feels good about their job, paid or unpaid, they look forward
to doing it.
Volunteers must get a sense of appreciation and reward for the work they do. This doesn't always need to be a grand gesture but we are here to help you with celebration events. Check out our pages on Volunteers' Week and the MV Award for more ideas on recognition and reward.
